Virtual Learning Can Be Tricky

We live in a moment where adults know they need to sharpen their skills constantly if they want to remain competitive and with a sharp brain. They might seek further education  because their profession requires continuing education, might be because they want to be better prepared to execute their job or because they have an entrepreneurial desire to build a business, or make an existing business grow. Is virtual training the way to go?

When they look for further education it is natural that they will look for online options. After all, if they find the right course they can self-pace their education, get relevant knowledge and apply it fast.

This big need we have as a society has opened the doors for many companies to provide e-learning. They may call it in different ways: Virtual training, continuing education, further learning, self-paced courses.

It seems like a simple formula: Put some videos there with some content and sell them.
