About the instructor
Jack Hoque
Jack is a full time jeweler and lapidary artist based out of Southern Oregon in a jewelry store called "Jacksonville Gems and Jewelry". He has dedicated his life to creating in new and innovative ways for both stone cutting and metal work. He pairs both his skills in metal and stone to create one of a kind Narrative pendants which feature both sides completely finished with a reverse intaglio carving on the front and metal engraving all around the front and the back. His work is all completely done free hand with designs that come straight from his head. He also melts down, alloys and mills out all his own precious metals and picks out each stone from the rough that he cuts, carves and polishes custom for each project.
