What can I actually redeem with my credits?
Almost any full-length course on Curious Mondo! Most are just 1 credit. Special events like Symposiums may cost 2. Plus, as a member, you also unlock 45+ Fast Track Courses with zero credits required.
What happens if I don’t use my credits right away?
No problem! Your credits roll over for up to 6 months and only expire after 12 months. Life gets busy—we get it. You can stockpile and use them when you’re ready.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no contracts or hidden fees. You can cancel anytime. Just keep in mind—when your membership ends, any unused credits will be forfeited, and access to any courses you redeemed using credits will also end. Only courses you have purchased outright will remain in your account permanently. So it’s best to use your credits while your subscription is active and ongoing.
What if I want to keep a course forever?
Easy! You can purchase permanent access to any course, and as a club member, you’ll automatically get 20% off.
Are the Fast Track Courses worth it?
Oh yes! These 45+ bite-sized, high-impact courses cover tons of creative topics and are free for club members. Great for quick wins and learning something new in a weekend.
Can I use credits on anything besides courses?
At this time, credits are redeemable for our courses and special creative events. But we’re always cooking up new surprises, and your membership gives you early access to upcoming perks.

We like to keep things transparent and fair – here’s the important stuff to know:
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each pay period (monthly or annual). If you decide the club’s not for you anymore (though we’ll miss you!), you can cancel anytime by submitting a quick ticket at support.curiousmondo.com or directly through your Curious Mondo account (My Account > View Subscription).
Please note: Because this is a digital membership with immediate access to exclusive content, we’re unable to offer refunds on any membership fees already paid. When your membership ends, you’ll lose access to all member-only perks – including any content redeemed through credits and your monthly credit balance. However, any courses you’ve purchased outright will remain in your account permanently.
It’s your responsibility to cancel in good time if you no longer want to continue, as subscriptions do renew automatically.
A friendly reminder: All Curious Mondo content is protected. Sharing, copying, or redistributing any course material or membership content without permission is strictly prohibited. This includes uploading to other platforms, posting publicly, or passing access to non-members. Violating these terms may result in removal from the club without refund and legal action.
