About the course
My simple beginner's guide to learning how to sculpt and paint your favorite pup out of polymer clay. In this course, I will go over how to build a poseable armature, to bulk up the body, and to block out forms. I will show students the tools needed to refine the details along with how to sculpt a sweet personality. As an added bonus, I will go over the techniques I use to sculpt different types of fur, along with my tips and tricks for painting my pups! This is a great addition to any artist's repertoire and can easily be expanded on to create other forms from felines to magical, mystical creatures!
About The Instructor
Tiffany Flanagan is a professional, self-taught artist based out of Rhode Island for over 10 years. She began her artistic journey in the cake decorating business, sculpting and fabricating three-dimensional cakes. From there she discovered she could apply all her sculpting knowledge and skills into more sustainable art. Polymer clay was introduced and it was a match made in heaven! Tiffany still continues to create art out of all types of mediums and works as a commission-based artist.
