Bárbara de Mello Celestino
My name is Bárbara de Mello Celestino, but everyone calls me Bárbara Mell. I am 34 years old and the mother of two beautiful princesses, Eduarda (14 years old) and Júlia (11 years old). I was born and raised in the interior of the state of Rio de Janeiro.
Craftsmanship was not always present in my life. A little over 6 years ago I had my first contact with this charming universe. And it was through Cartonagem.
Until then, there was already work in commerce as a saleswoman, manicurist and even makeup artist. But it was in Cartonagem that I achieved the long-awaited financial independence and especially the feeling of high achievement.
Today I work 100% with this incredible technique, unveiling its possibilities. I'm in love with "this" Cartonagem. CARTONING WITHOUT LIMITS, where everything is possible to do with this technique.
My biggest dream is to see this ancient art popularized, just like sewing is nowadays. So I work day after day sharing my knowledge with everyone who wants to break through this universe of possibilities.
